Rosewood Residences Tucker’s Point is owned and being developed, offered and sold by TP HoldCo Limited (“Developer”). The project is not owned, developed or sold by Rosewood Hotels and Resorts, L.L.C. or any of its affiliates (“Rosewood”). Developer uses Rosewood marks pursuant to a license agreement with Rosewood, terminable according to its terms. Rosewood assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the project, and makes no representation or warranty in respect thereof. Except for approving some design concepts for conformity with Rosewood design and brand standards, Rosewood was not involved in developing the design concepts or selecting any furnishings, fixtures and finishes for the project.
